- Engage the team in solving complex problems across the back-end, front-end, and mobile systems maintained by the team;
- Support the team in maintaining systems and driving continuous improvement, promoting architectural evolutions aligned with business needs;
- Contribute to solution architecture design, acting as a technical ambassador who asks the right questions so the team can build the right software solutions.
Requirements
- Strong people management experience, especially with senior teams;
- Proven experience leading engineering teams in growth or transformation contexts;
- Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and prioritization;
- Solid understanding of software quality, QA practices, and continuous improvement;
- Ability to provide technical influence without micromanaging.
- Nice to have:
- Experience with security products, fraud prevention, or critical platforms;
- Experience leading teams from acquired companies or teams that have undergone process maturation;
- Experience in environments with stringent SLAs, critical rollouts, and enterprise customers.
