Responsibilities
Help team members advance their careers through one-on-one meetings, continuous feedback, performance evaluations, goal setting, and the creation of individual development plans;
Lead people with varying levels of maturity and technical skills;
Promote value generation and business impact within the team by understanding and translating product requirements into functional requirements for the team;
Engage the team in solving complex problems across the back-end, front-end, and mobile systems maintained by the team;
Support the team in maintaining systems and driving continuous improvement, promoting architectural evolutions aligned with business needs;
Contribute to solution architecture design, acting as a technical ambassador who asks the right questions so the team can build the right software solutions.
Requirements
Strong people management experience, especially with senior teams;
Proven experience leading engineering teams in growth or transformation contexts;
Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and prioritization;
Solid understanding of software quality, QA practices, and continuous improvement;
Ability to provide technical influence without micromanaging.
Nice to have:
Experience with security products, fraud prevention, or critical platforms;
Experience leading teams from acquired companies or teams that have undergone process maturation;
Experience in environments with stringent SLAs, critical rollouts, and enterprise customers.
