About the role
- SharePoint Solutions Architect at Uni Systems contributing to the architecture and implementation of ICT projects. Collaborating with teams on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions while ensuring technical integrity.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the architecture, design, development, testing, and maintenance of information systems.
- Assess, design, prototype, and implement technical solutions that meet key business needs.
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on support to ICT project teams in requirements, estimation, development, deployment, and support.
- Define and maintain the architecture and technology roadmap for SharePoint (Online and Server), Microsoft 365, and Azure.
- Integrate information systems with third-party tools and other platforms.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and the overall technology roadmap.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend sustainable technical fixes.
- Drive quality and design discussions within the ICT unit.
- Lead technical and code reviews, manage technical debt, and propose robust alternative solutions.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, including architecture designs, maintenance manuals, release notes, and user guides.
- Implement automation and CI/CD practices for ICT projects.
- Support secure software development (SSDLC), ensure proper security posture, and assist with security audits.
- Collaborate with project teams, product owners, and business stakeholders on new features, integrations, and improvements.
- Work with ICT governance teams to align infrastructure and services with corporate strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant field and minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong expertise in SharePoint 2019 and Online, including SPFx, PnP Framework, REST APIs, PowerShell, and migration tools (SPMT, ShareGate, etc.)
- Previous experience with software development in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Web API.
- Advanced work with Web APIs and perform systems’ integrations.
- Extensive usage of Microsoft Entra ID or integration with identity and access management (IAM) systems, Microsoft 365 and Azure DevOps.
- Previous experience with DevOps best practices, including continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Able to work independently in of one or more front-end JavaScript frameworks, such as Vue.js, Angular or React.
- Previous work with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Previous work with the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Advanced English (C1) communication skills (written and spoken).
