Responsibilities
Develop and execute a cohesive, localized marketing strategy
Own the regional marketing generated pipeline plan
Lead integration of owned, earned, and paid channels
Serve as an expert in Benelux market dynamics and customer behavior

Monitor pipeline and leading indicator metrics to measure campaign effectiveness
Requirements
5-10 years of experience in B2B marketing roles
Fluent in Dutch and English
Deep understanding of regional markets, audiences, and cultural nuances in the Benelux region
Strategic thinking ability to create cohesive, goal-driven multi-channel strategies
Data-driven decision-making with strong focus on optimizing strategies
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Full ownership of regional marketing initiatives and campaigns
