Responsibilities
Work with designers in developing products across a wide range of materials
Contribute to internal product development and catalogue initiatives
Produce accurate 2D and 3D files and specifications
Collaborate closely with Designers, Senior Design Leads, Category Managers, and Marketing
Support design reviews, vendor discussions, and client presentations with clear visuals and documentation
Assist with prototyping, mock-ups, sample reviews, and refinement work
Help ensure projects move forward smoothly by responding quickly to feedback
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of professional or internship experience in Industrial Design or Product Design
Efficient & Adaptable – Able to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities
Team Player – Clear communication, listening skills, and collaboration are essential
AI-Assisted Workflow – Interest in or experience using AI tools to improve efficiency
3D CAD Skills – Working knowledge of SolidWorks
2D Graphic Skills – Ability to create or edit graphics
Ability to contribute original design ideas when appropriate
Model-making or shop mock-up experience
Understanding of basic production processes and materials
Comfort working with multiple materials such as plastics, metals, ceramics, and textiles
Strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate design intent clearly
