Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to Grupo Matter’s business areas, leading process improvement initiatives.
Map current processes across areas (sales, operations, finance, HR, etc.) and identify opportunities for AI and automation applications.
Diagnose bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies, and propose management solutions supported by AI tools.
Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Promote a culture of innovation and the responsible use of AI, taking into account LGPD (Brazilian data protection law), ethics, and best practices.
Train and enable leaders and teams in the practical day-to-day use of AI tools.
Requirements
Previous experience in management consulting, digital transformation, or process improvement.
Hands-on experience with generative AI and automation tools (for example: chatbots, copilots, customer service and sales automations, data analysis).
Strong business acumen: ability to connect technology with measurable outcomes (revenue, margin, productivity, customer experience).
Experience with project methodologies preferred (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
