Responsibilities

  • Be the face and voice of Kyndryl, helping customers solve their problems every day
  • Provide interactive solutions through chat, email, and MS Teams
  • Work with back-office teams to handle escalations
  • Develop expertise on various platforms and earn relevant certifications
  • Learn and contribute right away in a fast-paced role

Requirements

  • 0-1 year experience in customer service or technical support role
  • Flexible to work in Voice and Chat Process
  • Willing to work in Night Shifts / Rotational Shifts/ Weekends
  • Willingness to Work from Office as per Hybrid Work Model
  • Windows 10 troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service skills
