About the role
- Insurance Agent for U Trust Insurance Agency specializing in trucking and transportation insurance. Managing client relationships and sales processes with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Handle a steady flow of warm leads generated internally
- Conduct professional sales calls and evaluate customer needs
- Prepare and present insurance quotes (commercial auto, trucking, cargo, liability, etc.)
- Build long-term client relationships and oversee renewals
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Applied Epic
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Policy Services, and Underwriting support
- Maintain timely and clear communication with clients
Requirements
- Active P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance license — required
- Experience in insurance sales (Commercial or Personal Lines)
- Ability to start on-site at the Vancouver, WA office
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with trucking insurance is a plus
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- High level of accountability, professionalism, and motivation
