About the role
- Lead AI-/GenAI projects from scoping to rollout for major clients at twomynds. Collaborate with experts and ensure effective project delivery with clear objectives and standards.
Responsibilities
- Du führst AI-/GenAI-Projekte bei mehreren Kunden von Discovery & Scoping bis produktiver Umsetzung und Rollout.
- Fachliche Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung von AI-Lösungen – tech-agnostisch und immer nah an den neuesten Entwicklungen im Markt.
- Übersetzen von Business-Zielen in umsetzbare Projektpläne, Backlogs, Meilensteine und Entscheidungsgrundlagen.
- Steuerung von Stakeholdern (C-Level bis Fachbereich), Moderation von Workshops und Alignment-Terminen.
- Aktives Risikomanagement: Datenzugang, Security/Compliance, Evaluation, Abhängigkeiten, Integration, Adoption.
- Setup & Durchsetzung von Delivery-Standards: Definition of Done, Review-/Quality-Gates, Doku, Lessons Learned.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit einem jungen, dynamischen Delivery-Team: Priorisierung, Fachliche Anleitung, Blocker-Removal, Erwartungsmanagement.
Requirements
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung und/oder Umsetzung komplexer Digital-/Data-/AI-Projekte (idealerweise Beratung)
- Verständnis für AI-Projekte auf foundational Level: LLM/GenAI, RAG, Evaluation/Qualität, Datenzugang, Integration, ...
- Starke Kommunikations- und Moderationsskills, C-Level-tauglich
- Hohe Struktur, Ownership und Hands-on-Mindset („Doer not just Manager“)
- Sprachen: Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1+), gutes Englisch.
