About the role
- Project Manager coordinating complex projects across Product, Tech, Support, and Operations for Twelve. A role requiring strong stakeholder management and project structure in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Projectplanning & structuur
- Verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, bewaken en documenteren van projectplannen, voortgang en besluitvorming.
- Cross-team projectcoördinatie
- Coördineren van cross functionele projecten en zorgen voor alignment en afhankelijkheidsmanagement.
- Risico- & issuemanagement
- Identificeren, monitoren en mitigeren van risico’s, blockers en impact op planning en roadmap .
- Stakeholdercommunicatie
- Duidelijke communicatie richting stakeholders, externen en leadership over prioriteiten en voortgang.
- Procesverbetering & professionalisering
- Continu verbeteren en schalen van projectaanpak, samenwerking en projectmanagementmethodiek.
Requirements
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met het leiden van complexe , organisatiebrede projecten
- Technisch onderlegt is : ervaring in SaaS start en scale - ups is een sterke pre
- Comfortabel werkt in een omgeving met meerdere teams en afhankelijkheden
- Structuur brengt zonder bureaucratisch te worden
- Sterk is in stakeholdermanagement en heldere communicatie
- Goed overzicht houdt en rust brengt in dynamische omgevingen
- Proactief risico’s signaleert en bespreekbaar maakt
- Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels spreekt
- Hybride wil werken : 3 dagen per week op ons kantoor in Amsterdam
