About the role

• Consultant providing advanced technical support for IoT products at Telefónica Tech. Collaborating with clients and teams to optimize network operations and performance.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Technical Support: Provide high-level support for resolving complex and critical issues in LTE CORE networks.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze network performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Technical Consulting: Act as a technical consultant with clients, proposing improvements and optimizations for network operations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside engineering and operations teams to implement updates, patches, and system improvements.
• Training and Enablement: Develop and deliver training and workshops for N1 and N2 support teams to build technical capability.
• Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain consistent technical documentation, including diagnostics, implemented solutions, and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IoT product support.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep knowledge of IoT product architecture, communication protocols, and performance monitoring and analysis tools.
• Troubleshooting Skills: Proven experience diagnosing and resolving complex network issues.
