Conduct annual rate negotiations and oversee the contracting cycle across multiple brands and product tiers from Youth to Luxury.
Ensure compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and sustainability policies in all supplier agreements.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers to drive long-term value, quality, and innovation.
Resolve supplier performance issues, ensuring service delivery meets agreed SLAs and guest satisfaction levels.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and regional developments to inform contracting strategy.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in contracting, procurement, or product management within the travel or hospitality industry in the Latin American region.
Proven track record of negotiating supplier contracts across multiple Latin markets.
Strong understanding of hotel and ground services operations, pricing structures, and regional market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Commercially astute with strong analytical and financial acumen.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, spoken and written.
