Responsibilities
- Requires technical expertise in design, test, analysis, and requirements development of RF-based technologies
- Coordinate with product teams and division leadership
- Create radar system architectures based on customer requirements
- Track new technologies for better performance or cost-effective solutions
- Create technical presentations and white papers
- Support hardware demonstrations and technical discussions
- Provide technical oversight of proposals, programs, and product lines
- Lead IRAD developments of new technology
- Assist in developing system test documentation for production line
- Oversee or lead technical development on NRE activities
- Assess industry/government RFIs to determine applicability
Requirements
- BS in Electrical Engineering and minimum 12 years of experience in RF-based design
- Or M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and minimum of 8 years of experience in DoD/DoW industry
- Strong technical background with experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Military/Defense System Development and Delivery
- Radar & Communications
- Digital Signal Processing Systems
- Military/Defense Hardware Production & Quality Control
- Radar & Communication System/Subsystem Design, Analysis, Integration and/or Field Testing
- Military/Defense Electronics System Manufacturing & Integration
- Demonstrated technical leadership and subject matter expertise
- Possess excellent organizational and communications skills
- Able to prioritize work and maximize productivity
- Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET DoD Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship required
