About the role
- Finance Intern in a leading Ecommerce and Digital Solutions Provider supporting finance operations. Engaging in accounting tasks and gaining practical experience in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation and issuance of retail sales invoices
- Filing, organizing, and maintaining accounting and finance documents
- Supporting liquidation, reimbursement, and expense claims processes
- Assisting in accounts receivable and accounts payable tracking
- Helping ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records
- Supporting month-end and ad-hoc finance reporting tasks
- Coordinating with internal teams regarding finance-related documentation
- Performing other administrative and operational finance tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Accounting, Business Administration, or a related course
- Internship must be a required internship as part of the university curriculum
- Able to commit for the full required internship period (minimum duration as required by school)
- Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Able to handle confidential financial information with integrity
- Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work in a team environment
