About the role

  • Consumer Insight Manager developing insights for consumer team at Lilly in Northern European Hub. Collaborating across functions to drive capability and consumer engagement in UK & Nordic markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop consumer insights roadmap for the consumer team
  • Own planning, execution, optimization of consumer insight agencies
  • Collaborate with consumer & HCP & comms marketing teams on campaign measurement
  • Develop analytics & data driven marketing agency tools
  • Work with internal cross-functional teams to drive capability
  • Build consumer capability within the team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience of over 5+ years in consumer marketing
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of consumer data, insights & planning techniques and tools
  • Experience working with agencies: research ad hoc, continuous & agile, data & analytics
  • High proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills
