Responsibilities
- Collaborate with segment and division leadership, risk advisors, and stakeholders
- Oversee and consult on defined governance programs
- Support operational efficiencies to achieve strategy success
- Lead informed consultation and oversight of defined governance program
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate policies
- Develop and administer consistent monitoring and oversight to vendor management
- Provide consultative expertise and drive documentation of remediation plans
- Apply knowledge of best practices to solve complex problems
- Explain and interprets complex information and liaise between stakeholders
- May serve as team leader for other consultant or specialist teammates
- Works independently with minimal guidance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
- Five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated contribution to marketing strategy development
- Experience managing or leading projects
- Knowledge of the industry's competitive landscape
- Ability to interpret and explain complex information
- Ability to provide direction, coaching, and mentorship
- Fluent in Excel and PowerPoint
