About the role

  • B2B Commercial Solutions & Experience Product Manager leading development of Commercial Card programs at Truist. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product road map and manage partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and growth of Commercial Card programs
  • Define the product road map and collaborate across internal teams
  • Manage fintech/vendor partnerships to help scale solutions
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Manage product risk in coordination with Compliance and Risk partners

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Commercial Card Payments
  • Deep understanding of TSYS and cardholder onboarding
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Must be able to work independently and in multi-dimensional teams
  • Bachelor’s Degree
