About the role

  • Marketing Intern supporting a growing marketing team by creating social media content and improving internal efficiencies using AI and marketing tools.

Responsibilities

  • Research, draft, and schedule engaging social media posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram (B2B and B2C audiences)
  • Create visual assets including short-form videos, infographics, and branded graphics
  • Design content using Canva (or similar tools) aligned with brand guidelines
  • Organize and manage social media content within internal marketing tools for easy reporting and cross-team access
  • Assist with performance tracking and light reporting
  • Use AI tools to support content creation, research, and workflow efficiency
  • Collaborate with marketing team members to maintain consistent brand voice and messaging

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Experience creating content for social media platforms
  • Graphic design experience (Canva proficiency strongly preferred)
  • Comfort experimenting with AI tools for content creation and productivity
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment but can work independently
  • Basic video editing skills (Canva video, Microsoft editing tools, etc.)
  • Understanding of social media analytics
  • Interest in B2B2C healthcare marketing
