You will report to the Head of Internal Audit. The job opportunity will be offered on a fixed term contract for three years and is based in either Maynooth or Belfast. 1. This role does not include the management of staff.
Requirements
Plan and deliver internal audits across a range of business areas, both independently and as part of a team.
Assess risks, controls, and processes, including many non-standard processes, identifying opportunities to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
Provide clear, well-supported reports and recommendations that drive improvement and support better outcomes for service users.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to encourage transparency and continuous improvement.
Support follow-up work to ensure agreed actions are implemented and delivering value.
Contribute to the development of audit methodologies, tools, and best practices within a growing team.
Travel to different sites/countries to conduct on-location reviews and deepen understanding of real-world operations.
