Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for our clients in the area of controlling, applying your professional expertise
- Design and execute controlling projects in group and subsidiary (participation) controlling
- Prepare financial reports and projections, including budgets and forecasts
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative ideas and consulting solutions
- Develop and implement effective internal control systems
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable recommendations
Requirements
- Initial or several years of professional experience in group/subsidiary controlling or in financial accounting/bookkeeping
- Confident understanding of profit & loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow
- Confident user of ERP systems and Excel
- Experience in preparing financial reports, budgets and forecasts
- Experience with BI systems is desirable
- Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Team player with strong communication skills and enjoyment of independent project work
- Willingness to travel for projects (primarily within Northern Germany)
- Fluent German and good English skills
