About the role

Responsibilities
- Als Buchhalter (m/w/d) unterstützt du unsere Kunden an wechselnden Standorten bei der Umsetzung von Projekten und operativen Themen.
- Durchführung von Projekten in der Finanz-/ Bilanzbuchhaltung bei unseren Kunden
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quatals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB oder ggfs. IFRS, US-GAAP
- Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen im Rechnungswesen
- Fachseitige Unterstützung von System- oder Prozessimplementierungen
- Entwicklung von innovativen Ideen und Beratungslösungen im Team
- Aktive Mitgestaltung deines eigenen Entwicklungsplans zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen zum Beispiel durch Interne Trainings u.a. in den Bereichen SAP S/4HANA, Power BI und Scrum
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder Finanz-/ Bilanzbuchhalter -/ in (IHK) oder vergleichbares Studium
- Mind. 2-7 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung
- Sicherer Umgang eines gängigen ERP-Systems (z.B. SAP oder Datev) und gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Du bringst die im Beratungsumfeld nötige Reisebereitschaft mit
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
- Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Spaß an eigenständiger Projektarbeit
