About the role
- Junior Logistics Coordinator ensuring efficient product distribution and customer service at Tricon. Collaborating with sales and operations teams while tracking shipments and maintaining data accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Track all movements and update Tricon systems.
- Respond and service directly to customer inquiries and respond to the appropriate channels.
- Work out sales orders and transport documents with accuracy.
- Arrange regular and special distribution as needed.
- Collaborate with the Sales and wider Operations teams to manage inventory levels.
- Coordinate and price with freight forwarders to ensure prompt distribution movement.
- Track, identify, and resolve distribution errors.
- Create invoices for Tricon's clients and service providers.
- Ensure the quality of all services provided meets Tricon standards.
- Engage with the team to improve and bring the Distribution to the best-in-class standard.
- Maintain up-to-date data in Tricon systems for all sales and distribution activities.
- Collaborate closely with other Tricon entities.
- Ensure all customers are known and accredited prior to shipment.
Requirements
- In-depth understanding of product distribution in Europe
- Proficient in Incoterms 2022
- Highly motivated self-starter with keen attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
