Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining KPIs and dashboards to monitor: Inventory accuracy, Service levels, Error rates, Team productivity
Generating regular and ad-hoc reports to support departmental decision-making
Providing insights into team performance and operational trends
Delivering training to the wider team to ensure: Process consistency across teams and sites, Alignment with best practices, Standardising and documenting inventory processes
Collaborating with other departments to: Review performance data, Identify root causes of issues, Support corrective actions
Leading and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Acting as a key contact for performance reviews and cross-functional discussions
Driving improvements within the DCI team to enhance understanding of customer issues
Identifying and implementing automation opportunities to streamline inventory-related processes
Participating in ad hoc projects as required
Other duties as assigned by the Senior Inventory Management Team
Requirements
3+ years’ experience in inventory analysis or related field
Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced Excel proficiency
Experience with warehouse management systems and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Excellent communication skills with ability to present insights clearly
Commercially minded and results-driven
Ability to influence and collaborate across departments
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and corrective actions
Self-starter with strong time management and organisational skills
Knowledge of inventory control best practices and applicable industry regulations
