About the role
- Podcast Production Manager overseeing the production workflow for high-quality podcasts at Treant. Managing technical and logistical aspects during shoots and coordinating with teams for successful productions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and operate multi-camera recording setups during podcast shoots
- Oversee all audio, lighting, and studio setup to ensure professional production quality
- Execute and manage the end-to-end production workflow for each recording session
- Coordinate, organize, and prepare all recorded files
- Hand off materials to the post-production team, ensuring everything is complete and properly labeled
- Work on-site in BGC during shoot days; remote work for non-shoot days
- Collaborate closely with hosts, guests, and internal teams to ensure smooth production days
Requirements
- Proven experience in podcast, video, or studio production
- Strong familiarity with multi-camera setups, basic audio engineering, and studio lighting
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues on the spot
- Clear communication and ability to coordinate across teams
- Must be available for full-time employment
- Post-production skills are not required
