About the role

  • Account Executive responsible for managing B2B partnerships and driving revenue for Travel + Leisure Co. Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet growth targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage ongoing relationship with closed-user group B2B partnerships and drive revenue
  • Have a good understanding of travel industry, specifically with B2B business development and account management strategies
  • Ensure growth targets for existing partner accounts are met
  • Assist in acquiring new revenue opportunities as necessary
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to solve for partner account needs and drive growth
  • Assess affiliate potential and determine solutions to drive more volume
  • Oversee general support of account management process and improve reporting tools
  • Identify opportunities to onboard new/additional products/services through client discovery
  • Manage existing products/services, while executing revenue growth opportunities

Requirements

  • BA/BS in business related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B account management in the travel industry
  • Experience selling B2B products or services
  • Previous experience with a hospitality or travel technology company
  • Ability to self-manage, problem solve, good judgment and decisiveness
  • Self-starter with ability to achieve stretch goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great business acumen with the ability to satisfy affiliate needs and grow revenues
  • Must be results driven and enjoy stretching to reach challenge goals
  • Experience using Salesforce or Hubspot as an account management tool is preferred
