Account Executive responsible for managing B2B partnerships and driving revenue for Travel + Leisure Co. Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet growth targets.
Responsibilities
Manage ongoing relationship with closed-user group B2B partnerships and drive revenue
Have a good understanding of travel industry, specifically with B2B business development and account management strategies
Ensure growth targets for existing partner accounts are met
Assist in acquiring new revenue opportunities as necessary
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to solve for partner account needs and drive growth
Assess affiliate potential and determine solutions to drive more volume
Oversee general support of account management process and improve reporting tools
Identify opportunities to onboard new/additional products/services through client discovery
Manage existing products/services, while executing revenue growth opportunities
Requirements
BA/BS in business related field
5+ years of experience in B2B account management in the travel industry
Experience selling B2B products or services
Previous experience with a hospitality or travel technology company
Ability to self-manage, problem solve, good judgment and decisiveness
Self-starter with ability to achieve stretch goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Great business acumen with the ability to satisfy affiliate needs and grow revenues
Must be results driven and enjoy stretching to reach challenge goals
Experience using Salesforce or Hubspot as an account management tool is preferred
