About the role

  • SAP Einkäufer responsible for operational purchasing and supplier communication within logistics team. Experience with SAP and strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

  • You handle the complete operational processing of orders for all our brands
  • You are responsible for supplier communication through to receipt of payment
  • You manage procurement of all items, such as packaging (e.g., cartons) and marketing materials
  • You track deliveries in close coordination with the warehouse team
  • You work together with internal departments on demand planning

Requirements

  • You have a commercial vocational qualification or a degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain
  • You are a professional with 2–4 years of experience in operational purchasing
  • You have solid user knowledge of SAP
  • You use Excel and MS Office confidently for reporting and documentation
  • You are a strong communicator, work proactively and have an understanding of warehouse operations
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
