- Guide the development team through business requirements and manage communication with stakeholders

- Create and manage tickets for internal teams and external vendors
- Maintain and manage product backlogs and identify dependencies
- Act as the team's central external communicator ('information radiator')
- Implement requirements and take project ownership for operations-related initiatives
- Coordinate the involvement of external vendors to ensure quality assurance and timely delivery
Requirements
- Proven professional experience as a Product Owner and/or Project Manager (m/f/d) in an agile environment
- Demonstrable success implementing digitalization, automation, or efficiency-improvement initiatives across operational processes (e.g., logistics, planning, supply chain)
- Deep understanding of end-to-end operations processes
- Technical aptitude and willingness to dive into complex IT topics
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, or similar tools
- High self-motivation combined with a structured and goal-oriented working style
- Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment with ample scope for shaping solutions and a fast pace of execution
