• Treasury and Payment Operations Manager at TPF, focusing on banking and finance operations. Responsible for cash flow management and building strong financial relationships.

Responsibilities

• Developing a strong banking network and setup
• Communicating effectively with banks and financial institutions and oversee relationships with existing and prospective connections with the aim of creating and maintaining a holistic banking base for the group
• Driving the periodic cash flow management and preparing the group’s periodic inflow and outflow of cash as may be required for group operations, including legal and banking documentation requirements
• Preparing and maintaining group cash flow reporting and forecasting as per management and banking requirements, including compliance reporting
• Establishing a standardized group cash management practice, defining and documenting treasury related processes
• Reviewing treasury files such as banks and third-party statements necessary for reporting and reconciliation
• Driving technical integration and automation of different bank interfaces
• Building and managing a team within the Treasury function
• Collaborating with other Finance functions and other functions within the group, providing reporting and information as necessary
• Other Treasury, Payments, Finance related tasks as may be required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role or function
• Proven experience working in treasury within a regulated environment, preferably in banking, financial institutions, or the insurance industry
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills demonstrating good command of the English language
• Excellent numerical skills and proficient in Microsoft Office programs, mainly Excel
• Be highly organized, able to work on own initiative, and have excellent attention to detail
• Be a team player, flexible, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
