About the role

  • Relocation Manager overseeing destination services for assignees into/out of the UK. Managing client relationships and providing extraordinary support during relocations in partnership with K2 Corporate Mobility.

Responsibilities

  • Manage destination services of client’s assignees into and out of the UK
  • Take accountability for each assignee’s move
  • Conduct full briefing calls on requirements
  • Adopt a financial and commercially aware mindset
  • Manage assignees' expectations regarding areas and budget
  • Build close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide guidance on suitable areas and local specifics
  • Co-ordinate home and school search days, placing offers on behalf of assignees
  • Advise on legislation and responsibilities, negotiating terms
  • Ensure tenant's expectations are managed effectively

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of lettings or industry relevant experience
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook)
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills when dealing with estate agents and landlords
  • Knowledge and understanding of UK letting processes
  • Industry relevant accreditations are desirable
  • Ability to deal with high profile individuals within a corporate environment would be beneficial
