About the role
- Automation Test Analyst developing and maintaining testing suites for TopCashback. Ensures quality and performance across web and mobile platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain our automation test suites following a defined structure and standard
- Identifying areas where automation will be appropriate and can be scaled across regions
- When needed execute manual test cases on all of TopCashback’s web and mobile platforms with an end goal of automating said tests
- Test end-to-end journeys with successful happy and unhappy path scenarios
- Validate functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and various testing functions
- Reporting bugs, and document clear, detailed defect reports using Jira tooling
- Collaborate with Testers, Developers, Technical Leads and Project Managers to understand feature requirements and ensure adequate test coverage
- Support release cycles by conducting pre-deployment checks and post-release verification
Requirements
- 2+ years working experience in an Automation Testing role using Selenium
- Ability to read, write and execute Automation test
- Demonstrating Manual Testing disciplines and processes
- Attention to detail
- Problem Solving skills
- Time management and organisational skills
- Ability to interact and communicate clearly and well across multiple teams
- A willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and testing methods
- Ability to react to change quickly and effectively around releases and processes
