About the role
- Automation Engineer designing and maintaining enterprise-scale automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 for Paramount, a leading global media and entertainment company.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 and related tools
- Integrate automation workflows with enterprise platforms such as Oracle HR, Microsoft Office Apps, REST APIs and internal systems
- Develop reusable automation components, templates, and frameworks for faster solution delivery
- Implement robust exception handling, logging, and monitoring within Control Room environments
- Continuously optimize and enhance existing automations for performance, reliability, and scalability
- Partner with AI and orchestration teams to embed cognitive and intelligent decision-making into automation workflows
Requirements
- Over 3 years of hands-on experience developing automations with Automation Anywhere A360
- Strong proficiency in Python, VBScript, or SQL scripting for automation logic and data integration
- Solid understanding of process design, testing methodologies, and automation lifecycle management
- Experience developing APIs, connectors, or microservices for enterprise automation
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and environment-as-code practices
- Exposure to AI/ML integrations within RPA solutions or workflow orchestration
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Automation Anywhere Advanced/Master certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
