About the role

• Project Management Officer supporting project management processes for financial market evolution at Topaz. Leading project tools and processes to ensure project objectives and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Support the project implementation team through project management tools and processes to ensure project objectives are met.
• Track and monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, cost, risks and quality.
• Consolidate and report project status and performance information to senior leadership via reports, dashboards and indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in prioritizing and allocating resources across projects, aligning initiatives with the organization’s strategic goals.
• Identify, analyze and propose solutions for risks and issues that may impact projects.
• Facilitate communication among internal and external stakeholders, promoting alignment between project teams and business areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate degree in Information Technology.
• Knowledge and experience in Project and People Management.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with collaboration and communication tools such as Microsoft Teams, Miro and Zoom.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Strong ability to articulate ideas, prepare presentations for senior management and report project status (written and verbal).
• Ability to prioritize tasks, create schedules and manage multiple projects.
• Capacity to identify problems, mitigate risks and propose practical solutions.
• Ability to work in dynamic environments and handle frequent change.
• Orientation toward value delivery and achieving strategic objectives.
• Currently residing in São Paulo and able to attend the São Paulo or Indaiatuba office 2–3 times per week.
