About the role

- Perform installations in the data center and at customer sites
- Network management, monitoring and documentation
- Handle incident reports at 2nd-level support
- Detect potential issues using available tools and initiate appropriate remediation measures
Requirements
- Ideally completed technical training, a technical degree, or equivalent qualifications
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and routing protocols
- Basic knowledge of configuring and operating access technologies based on VDSL/Ethernet or networking certifications (e.g., Cisco, CCNA)
- Team player, reliable and able to work independently
