Responsibilities
Client acquisition: As an Account Manager, you are the first point of contact for companies interested in IT and win them over for our company.
Customer understanding: You capture the individual requirements of our clients and offer them tailored solutions.
Client retention: You support your clients from the initial inquiry through follow-up care and act as their primary point of contact.
Customer support: You assist our clients with questions, problems, and any other concerns.
Customer partnership: You act as the interface between your clients and our company, communicate with all stakeholders on an equal footing, and collaboratively find the optimal solutions for everyone.
Requirements
You are passionate about sales and customer-focused in your approach.
You already have a strong understanding of IT solutions and IT services.
You present yourself to customers with confidence and persuasiveness.
Excellent German language skills.
Basic English skills.
Valid driving license (Class B).
