Responsibilities
Business development & client acquisition: You identify new business opportunities, manage your pipeline and forecast, build long-term client relationships and are solely responsible for acquiring projects for the manufacturing industry.
Key account development: You systematically develop key accounts and expand our network within the DACH manufacturing sector.
Strategic partnerships: You work with C-level decision-makers to develop pioneering strategies, support complex transformation processes and ensure sustainable impact.
Consulting: You design and deliver programs for the manufacturing industry.
Leadership & company culture: You embody our corporate culture as a leader and take responsibility for the development of our team.
Thought leadership: You position TMG Consultants as a thought leader in consulting, develop innovative advisory approaches and represent our firm at the highest level.
Entrepreneurial responsibility: You actively contribute to the company’s financial success, assume growth and performance responsibility for the manufacturing portfolio and help shape strategic corporate decisions.

Requirements
Several years of experience in a senior role at a management consulting firm with proven success in client acquisition and project responsibility, with a focus on the manufacturing industry
Deep expertise in the manufacturing sector, strategic thinking and the ability to understand and shape complex issues
Excellent academic degree (preferably a PhD) in a relevant field from a reputable university
Outstanding commercial skills (pipeline management, value propositions, proposals & pricing, C-level negotiations) and a resilient professional network
Proven ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships at C-level
Authentic leadership style with the ability to inspire teams and enable top performance
Exceptional presentation and communication skills in German and English
Passion for business development and willingness to take on responsibility
