Business Architect supporting sales and business areas at Imagem Geosistemas, contributing to achieving company goals and outcomes.
Responsibilities
Provide specialized support to the sales and business teams in the Commercial Directorate, contributing to the achievement of company targets and results.
Participate in defining business strategies for the Commercial Directorate.
Develop account plans, support account growth and evolution, and help increase average deal size to drive sales.
Understand clients from a business perspective, know the markets they operate in, and be able to generate insights during meetings by demonstrating how the ESRI platform can solve clients’ business problems.
Present the platform and business solutions to clients, produce drafts and technical proposals aligned with clients’ business challenges and budgets, and meet deadlines.
Attend client meetings as a commercial/technical specialist and clarify technical questions related to the ArcGIS platform and its system integrations.
Work with Esri and Imagem Marketing to gather and replicate success cases for the team and maintain knowledge exchange across the Commercial team.
Qualify the pipeline and move opportunities through the sales funnel and channels; support shortening the sales cycle for opportunities from a technical perspective.
Track all relevant information related to the pipeline and qualification.
Act as quality control for the sales pipeline to ensure an efficient and frictionless progression process.
Serve as a product or services specialist.
Deliver presentations at events.
Support technical analysis of public tenders/requests for proposals according to acquired knowledge.
Engage the Solutions team for complex service negotiations that involve customizations and/or integrations.
Provide partner enablement and structure the delivery process when the sale includes partner-provided services.
Define and execute (or coordinate with Solutions) proofs of concept that accelerate the sales process by aligning with client needs and demonstrating platform usage in solving business problems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree; specializations preferred.
Knowledge of product and services sales processes.
Advanced knowledge of GIS.
Data analysis and interpretation skills.
Basic skills in requirements elicitation and technical documentation.
Deep knowledge and understanding of the products and services offered by Imagem.
Master’s degree.
Doctorate/post-doctorate (certifications or academic credentials, if applicable).
Fluent/Advanced English.
Strong knowledge of cartography, thematic cartography, GIS, and remote sensing.
Good knowledge of geographic/spatial databases.
Sales development skills.
Basic programming knowledge and experience customizing web applications.
