About the role

Responsibilities
- Prepare and consolidate budget execution planning and management.
- Prepare provisions and the monthly accounting close for capex and opex.
- Participate in the implementation of KPI dashboards and control reports.
- Support financial/economic decisions for RFPs or direct procurements.
- Manage the financial governance of development requests.
- Manage the supplier payment flow process, reviewing the entire demand approval chain and the generation of BoQ, PO, FS and provisions.
- Monitor budget consumption as well as physical and financial progress.
- Prepare and validate economic feasibility studies for investment projects and optimization initiatives.
Requirements

- MS Office suite, with emphasis on advanced Excel, data handling, Power Query and PowerPoint
- Experience using SAP PD4
- Intermediate knowledge of AI tools to develop support solutions for the role
- English proficiency desirable
- Basic understanding of IT organization and system structure
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting, Business Administration or Engineering (specialization in economics or IT preferred).
