- Responsible for defining the solution that best fits the client’s business and can be developed reliably using the adopted technology.
- Design and define the architecture for new or existing complex systems.
- Consolidate client and user requirements and specifications into the architecture definition.
- Gather functional requirements and project specifications.
- Develop specifications for proposed architectural solutions.
- Lead the evolution of applications from discovery through continuous operation at scale.
- Analyze proposed solutions from a detailed technical perspective.
- Produce technical documentation for the requirements specification and status reports for project management.
- Mitigate impacts on models/prototypes and integrations with other existing systems.
- Manage project scope, costs and schedules (timeline).
- Develop schedules and test plans for proposed solutions.
- Oversee tests (System Test, User Acceptance Test and pre-production).
- Monitor KPIs related to project delivery and subsequent operation, proposing corrective actions and continuous improvements.
- Design and implement scalable architectures for integrating AI models with internal and external APIs.
- Define engineering best practices, security and data governance in AI projects.
- Collaborate with product, design and data teams to turn business problems into intelligent solutions.
- Evaluate and select AI frameworks, libraries and services that best meet technical and strategic objectives.
