About the role

  • Responsible for defining the solution that best fits the client’s business and can be developed reliably using the adopted technology.
  • Design and define the architecture for new or existing complex systems.
  • Consolidate client and user requirements and specifications into the architecture definition.
  • Gather functional requirements and project specifications.
  • Develop specifications for proposed architectural solutions.
  • Lead the evolution of applications from discovery through continuous operation at scale.
  • Analyze proposed solutions from a detailed technical perspective.
  • Produce technical documentation for the requirements specification and status reports for project management.
  • Mitigate impacts on models/prototypes and integrations with other existing systems.
  • Manage project scope, costs and schedules (timeline).
  • Develop schedules and test plans for proposed solutions.
  • Oversee tests (System Test, User Acceptance Test and pre-production).
  • Monitor KPIs related to project delivery and subsequent operation, proposing corrective actions and continuous improvements.
  • Design and implement scalable architectures for integrating AI models with internal and external APIs.
  • Define engineering best practices, security and data governance in AI projects.
  • Collaborate with product, design and data teams to turn business problems into intelligent solutions.
  • Evaluate and select AI frameworks, libraries and services that best meet technical and strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Software Architecture.
  • Technical leadership of native and cross-platform mobile applications (Android, iOS and Flutter).
  • Technical leadership of microservices in the BFF paradigm (Java + Spring Boot).
  • Technical leadership of web applications (ReactJS, VueJS or Angular).
  • Preparation of technical specifications for large-scale projects.
  • Management of Agile and Waterfall projects.
  • Digital product metrics.
  • App release/process and publishing to stores (Google Play and Apple App Store).
  • Management and monitoring of cloud products (Azure).
  • Development of AI solutions (Machine Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, etc.).
  • LLMs (Large Language Models) and integration with platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic or similar.
  • MLOps and tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow or Vertex AI.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering or related fields.
