About the role

• Technical Leader overseeing project architecture for client solutions in a technology-driven environment at TIM. Leading agile project management with a focus on innovative tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing the solution that best fits the client's business and that can be reliably developed according to the chosen technology.
• Design and define the architecture for new or existing complex systems;
• Gather requirements and specifications from clients and users when defining the architecture;
• Conduct functional and technical requirements elicitation and produce project specifications;
• Define and analyze the proposed solution from a technical perspective in detail and in integration with other systems;
• Prepare and validate technical documentation for requirements specifications and integration documents;
• Identify potential issues, impacts on models/prototypes, and connections with other existing systems;
• Manage project scope, costs, and timelines (schedule);
• Develop integrated schedules with other applications;
• Prepare test plans for the proposed solutions;
• Prepare status reports for project management;
• Monitor KPIs related to project delivery and subsequent operation;
• Oversee testing (ST, UAT, and pre-production);
• Monitor problem resolution and bug fixes;
• Support post-rollout activities together with the Operations team and impacted areas;
• Use automation and artificial intelligence solutions to accelerate specification, development, and technical validation processes;
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to turn business problems into intelligent solutions.

Requirements

• Experience leading projects;
• Project management skills;
• Experience with agile and waterfall development methodologies;
• Application architecture expertise;
• Knowledge of DevOps practices;
• Desirable: knowledge of programming languages (SQL, Shell Script, R, Python, Scala, Java, etc.);
• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields;
