About the role
- Technical Assurance Expert responsible for performance analysis and diagnostics of telecommunications services. Work with indicators to enhance service delivery at TIM.
Responsibilities
- Technical owner responsible for analyzing performance and diagnosing issues related to telecommunications services for customers.
- Analyze performance and diagnose issues related to fixed internet services (Ultrafibra) for customers using technical and business indicators.
- Identify opportunities in processes and provide feedback to the value chain to drive improvements.
- Analyze post-sale system orders (e.g.: address changes, temporary service suspensions, processing failures of these system requests), identifying systemic, process and/or operational opportunities.
- Analyze the impact of failures (repairs or mass incidents) on customer services and their consequences (complaints to consumer protection agencies, churn, or repeated contacts to customer support).
Requirements
- Knowledge of Telecommunications
- Experience using dashboards in Power BI
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Preferred experience with fixed broadband
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree
- Desired degrees/courses: Telecommunications Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Industrial/Production Engineering (with focus on processes and quality)
