About the role
- Maintenance Operations Professional responsible for overseeing access and transport network maintenance. Ensuring effective operations and strategic planning in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for monitoring events related to maintenance of the access and transport network at the most critical levels, providing on-call coverage.
- Main activities
- Monitor the performance and progress of the contractual rollout;
- Manage offline maintenance and ensure fulfillment of contractual SLAs, analyze allowance overruns and define action plans;
- Evaluate the effectiveness of preventive maintenance in reducing failures;
- Evaluate and monitor all operational efficiency indicators involving allowance consumption and investments (Field, Special Projects);
- Support and guide regional teams in mapping strategic resilience action plans;
- Monitor monthly completion of preventive maintenance, allowances, penalties and applied credits/bonuses;
- Present internal indicators and strategic actions to improve process performance;
- Direct action plans of the areas (Field, L3, AI&T) toward new investments;
- Lead meetings with vendors to align on deliverables and update records;
- Develop solutions aimed at process automation;
- Prioritize and direct the use of FAT A and B preventive allowances;
- Disseminate knowledge through on-the-job training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields;
- Experience in predictive maintenance of access and transport networks, logical acceptance of equipment on site, rollout management with partners and field supervision;
- Desirable certifications: Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking and/or ITIL;
- Knowledge of automation;
- Knowledge of budgeting principles/financial management;
- Technical knowledge of telecommunications networks;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint);
- Experience with Power BI.
