Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the operation, optimization and maintenance of mobile and fixed access networks and infrastructure.
- Must structure and support network operation and maintenance processes aligned with the company's strategic concepts, ensuring the reliability and quality of information, and improving availability indicators and network control.
- **Main activities**
- Provide N2 and N3 support for Mobile Network equipment (2G, 3G and 4G);
- Plan and control infrastructure maintenance for mobile and fixed networks;
- Assess the quality of maintenance evidence and record outstanding issues;
- Develop solutions aimed at process automation;
- Supervise and monitor internal processes and audits;
- Monitor the evolution of maintenance rollout in relation to scheduling and SLA closure;
- Analyze mobile network indicators;
- Support other team members with information that ensures the effectiveness of maintenance actions aligned with the company's strategy;
- Share knowledge through on-the-job training;
- Support management with data and analyses for decision-making and/or strategy development;
- Prepare documentation and/or technical specifications;
- Prioritize and direct the use of FAT A and FAT B preventive quotas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Analysis, Data Science, Project Management, Business Administration or related fields;
- Experience in mobile network operation and maintenance, and in project control and management within the telecommunications sector;
- Knowledge of activity control with an analytical perspective and proficiency in tools for data manipulation and visualization;
- Proficiency in Office products: Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI;
- Advantage: knowledge of telecommunications network topology and infrastructure;
- Advantage: knowledge of SAP.
