IoT Product Manager responsible for developing and managing IoT & 5G solutions. Focused on industry needs and ensuring adaptability to market demands.
Responsibilities
Responsible for conceptualizing, developing and managing the portfolio of IoT & 5G solutions, partnerships and end-to-end offers, addressing the needs and specificities of the INDUSTRY business vertical and ensuring products that are adaptable and aligned with corporate market requirements.
Translate business strategy into product and IoT & 5G solution strategy.
Evaluate products from the perspective of the INDUSTRY vertical, ensuring market adaptability and viability (beyond connectivity).
Map and engage with the different players in the IoT value chain and the ecosystem of various business verticals, focusing on offering E2E solutions to the market (Hubs and Innovation Centers, Startups, manufacturers, etc.).
Support the design, implementation and integration of new technologies to enable the offering of new products and solutions.
Support internal testing of solutions, MVPs and PoCs (proofs of concept), including the devices required to deliver a complete solution to customers.
Build Business Plans to support decisions on partnerships, integrations and development of new products and solutions.
Prepare product specifications for specific use cases, working closely with customers, partners and other internal functions (IT, Network, Legal, Regulatory, etc.).
Ensure internal engagement, negotiation and discussion of new business opportunities with appropriate depth and cadence.
Establish partnerships with different market players, defining the business model and the corresponding technical solution.
Prepare product sales forecasts and analyses by business vertical, managing the necessary budget (Opex, Capex and VAS) to sustain the business.
Provide inputs for product pricing decisions.
Drive and manage go-to-market activities to bring products to market.
Plan and support product launches.
Manage product lifecycle with a focus on continuous improvement and customer experience.
Assess product market fit and direct production and distribution to the appropriate channels.
Requirements
Experience in product management, from product launch through the entire lifecycle.
Methodologies for analyzing new business opportunities.
Pricing strategy experience.
Methodologies for competitor strategy analysis and market intelligence.
Project Management; Lean/Agile development methodologies.
Design Thinking.
Knowledge of emerging technologies applied to industry.
Knowledge of telecommunications and ICT markets as applied to industry.
Experience in contractual negotiations with a 360° perspective (e.g., assessment of legal, regulatory, LGPD, Compliance, tax, consumer protection and corporate impacts).
