About the role
- Collection Professional managing technical infrastructures and processes for billing and collection activities. Collaborating with teams to ensure compliance and optimize workflows in Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring the development and management of the technical infrastructures required for collections activities
- Control all processes across the Collections chain
- Manage billed accounts vs. collection actions
- Audit all actions within the collections communication flows (dunning ladder)
- Control the No-Dunning process
- Execute SOX controls for the Collections chain
- Analyze ANATEL complaints
- Oversee the entire credit reporting/blacklisting process
- Develop reports to enable better control of the collections lifecycle
- Participate in War Room sessions with IT
- Automate processes and reports
- Prepare executive presentations
- Segment contact lists by profile and by objectives for multichannel actions
- Analyze performance across different collections contact channels
- Monitor metrics such as open rate, clicks, conversions and bounces/opt-outs
- Generate insights based on collected data
Requirements
- Power BI and SQL (preferably Google Cloud Platform/BigQuery)
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields
