About the role

• ML/LLM Engineer at Tiime developing AI solutions for entrepreneurs and accountants. Focused on Large Language Models and Machine Learning deployment in a collaborative startup setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize AI solutions centered around Large Language Models, notably those hosted via AWS Bedrock / Gemini
• Participate in creating, training and fine-tuning language models (using PyTorch or TensorFlow)
• Implement Agentic Orchestration mechanisms (e.g., LangChain Agents, or equivalent frameworks)
• Implement and deploy data and text processing pipelines (preprocessing, cleaning, vectorization, etc.) using Python
• Design and maintain APIs (REST or GraphQL) for model inference and production access
• Work closely with DevOps and Data Engineering teams to deploy solutions on the cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Maintain continuous technological watch and propose ongoing improvements

Requirements

• Proven Python development experience (minimum 3 years)
• Strong knowledge of standards and best practices (testing, refactoring, etc.)
• Ideally, a solid background in Machine Learning / Deep Learning, particularly in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Proficiency with at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Deep understanding of how transformers work (Hugging Face, etc.)
• Familiarity with MLOps concepts and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions / GitLab CI, MLflow or DVC)
• Specific experience with RAG (Retriever-Augmented Generation), embedding techniques (e.g., FAISS, Milvus) and Agentic Orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AI SDK or equivalents)
• Experience with managed AI services (AWS Bedrock / Gemini / Azure, etc.)
