Requirements
- You have a technical-related degree and/or equivalent professional qualification
- You are communicative and have an open-minded personality
- You are fluent in English (both written and oral)
- Previous experience working in pairs and/or ensembles and with TDD
- A minimum of 5 years of software development experience, preferably with a strong background in React, Javascript (typescript), CSS or equivalent frameworks
- Ability to apply architectural and design patterns with focus on quality, readability and maintainability
- Experience with automated testing frameworks – e.g Playwright, React testing library, Jest
- Working in an agile team, with a good understanding of the concepts, practical experience
- Ability to design component and application architecture
- Ability to engage and support a team
- Proven ability to facilitate discussions, guide teams, and mentor others to support professional growth and effective collaboration.
