About the role
- Business Application Expert ensuring functionality of applications and integrations for financial management at Vivicta. Leading a team to deliver world-class business IT solutions in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Secure that functionality of the applications in the domain meet the business need
- Ensure that system and service requirements are documented
- Ensure that systems are integrated according to need and that integrations are documented
- Understand the business processes relevant to the domain and how processes work through the systems and take that into design
- Ensure that data design for the systems is done
- Support key users in functional topics
- Design and plan changes to applications in the domain
- Configure and customize Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) to meet business needs
- Design and document system integrations between systems un scope
- Design data migration and conversion activities (FBDI, ADFdi, SQL/PLSQL) ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Design, develop and maintain reports and dashboards in reporting and EPM solution (now OTBI, BI Publisher, Hyperion, and Workday Adaptive Planning)
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across applications, ensuring performance, security, and audit compliance
Requirements
- previous experience in Oracle EBS and EPM solutions (e.g. HFM Hyperion and Workday Adaptive) and financial management processes
- previous experience in designing system integrations using APIs
- Fluent in the English language both verbal and writing
- Suitable academic degree
- Experience from the IT industry in similar role is preferrable
