About the role

Responsibilities

  • Produce final design across channels focusing on digital marketing assets like banners and social creatives
  • Handle versioning, adaptation, and localization of assets
  • Act as a brand guardian ensuring assets meet standards and requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across brand, marketing, and market teams
  • Manage multiple requests and deadlines while maintaining quality
  • Maintain and develop design assets, templates, workflows, and processes
  • Leverage AI tools in daily work and contribute to the development of AI-enabled production workflows.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years' experience in producing high-performing designs in a consumer tech or commercial scale up
  • Strong execution skills with attention to detail, layout, typography, and visual consistency
  • Expert in relevant tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Experience working with digital channels and understanding channel-specific production requirements
  • Practical experience in using AI tools for automation, asset generation, and workflow optimisation.
  • Ability to communicate clearly across teams and stakeholders.
