Responsibilities
Develop and execute US go-to-market strategies for Pfizer’s Pain Management portfolio
Drive revenue/margin growth and develop pricing strategies
Work with sales and internal leadership to develop key programs
Manage P&L responsibilities including net sales and gross margin
Engage leadership on strategic issues and project plans
Collaborate with Field Sales and cross-functional partners for market activities
Develop strategies for contracting, pricing, and supply management
Communicate strategies and updates to team and leadership
Identify relevant insights to integrate into molecule plans
Interact with external partners to discuss market trends and volume requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, science or related field
8+ years of experience in marketing, sales, contracting, finance, and/or relevant experience
Market Access experience, contracting with GPOs and IDNs, working with Trade
Financial acumen, including Pricing analysis and determination
