Responsibilities
- Executes Internal Security Controls through performance of compliance assessment reviews
- Identifies deficiencies, develops and implements corrective action
- Conducts Administrative Inquiries on personnel, processes and situations
- Conducts Communication Security (COMSEC) duties and responsibilities
- Protects government, intellectual, third party and company information
- Develops, implements and administers security education, procedures and physical controls
- Contributes to enterprise Integrated Product Team (IPT)
- Provides innovation and creativity into Personnel Security
- Oversees Physical Security duties and responsibilities within Boeing facilities
- Completes tasks toward long-range goals and objectives
- Oversees Sub-Contractor Management
Requirements
- Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5) within the last 5 years
- 10+ years of experience in government security
- 10+ years of experience in security administration, physical security, communications security
- Ability to obtain and maintain access to a Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and/or Special Access Program (SAP)
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
