About the role

  • Global Benefits Manager leading design, strategy, and execution of global benefits programs. Collaborating with executive leadership and managing benefits across diverse regions including US, UK, and India.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design, strategy, and execution of global benefits programs
  • Manage benefits across a diverse workforce
  • Partner with executive leadership to shape benefits vision
  • Oversee benefits administration with a focus on US, UK & India
  • Provide governance and oversight for compliance
  • Manage annual renewals and vendor negotiations
  • Serve as primary liaison with brokers and partners
  • Lead design and administration of core benefits programs
  • Leverage data for program effectiveness and engagement
  • Identify opportunities for digital and AI solutions

Requirements

  • 12–15 years of experience in global benefits or HR domain
  • Strong expertise in US benefits programs and frameworks across UK, India, and globally
  • Proven experience managing both strategy and operations
  • Experience working with brokers, insurers, and global vendors
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Exceptional attention to detail and operational rigor
  • Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a global, cross-cultural environment
  • Hands-on experience building or deploying AI solutions
