Requirements
- 12–15 years of experience in global benefits or HR domain
- Strong expertise in US benefits programs and frameworks across UK, India, and globally
- Proven experience managing both strategy and operations
- Experience working with brokers, insurers, and global vendors
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and operational rigor
- Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a global, cross-cultural environment
- Hands-on experience building or deploying AI solutions
